37% of Detroit precincts counted more ballots than voters, while 392 of the city’s 662 precincts had voter counts that did not match the amount of ballots. 95 poll books were also unaccounted for at the beginning of the canvass, delivered several days later. 5 of them still have not been turned in and are presumed missing.
