Al-Qaeda terrorists, re-branded as Jabhat Fatah al-Sham (or Al-Nusra Front), bombed the Muhradah settlement in the Syrian province of Hama, leaving nine civilians dead and more than 30 injured, the Syrian Russian Reconciliation Center reported on Saturday.
